The other day i downloaded an episode of "are you smarter than a fifth grader".it turned out that episode was a spl one-that the contestant flunked in the very first question and had to return bare handed.
but the host did smthing special-he invited the contestants wife to play for him...and the wife went on to win a huge sum much to the embarassment of her husband.


this was the 1st qstn which he flunked...



then his wife came straight from the audeince side and started afresh...


and courtesy some easy qstns initially like this,she cruised along merrily...



and smtimes she took the help of the kids,in short the lifelines..
