No,this quiz is not abt tamil sports and culture.Such quizzes are extinct.The sprawling campus at VIT was not a place to expct one.But still this post gets its name from a prelims qstn which are those ones which linger in ur mind for quite some time and brings a smile whenever u chance to look at the related things long after the quiz....

I attended the VIT Riviera quiz on jan 30 with my partners Venkatesh and Ramamoorthy.After the prelims entertained hopes of making it to finals,but found ourselves in the consolation teams list.So near and yet so far....The quiz was a good one with some well thought out questions and some tasty frivia...but as one of my friends pointd{and i agree} that the fields on which the qstns were based were a little restricted....without any further "review" lets look at the q and a s which are in the order in which i found it interestingh...the wordings hav changed{not hav bn changed}bcozeither i didnt jot the full qstn or i found another form of asking it more quizzer friendly....
